Advanced Yoga Sports Coach and Yoga Teacher
Fiona is an Advanced Yoga Sports Coach™, Yoga Teacher and Martial Arts Instructor. She has practiced yoga for over 30 years and been a teacher for 12 years. She has studied extensively in various styles of yoga and martial arts across the world and has trained with some of the world’s leading martial arts and yoga providers, including being a qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and Prison Yoga Teacher.
She is one of only a handful of Advanced Yoga Sports Coaches™ in the world to have completed Postgraduate Diplomas in Yoga Sports Science®, the biomechanics of yoga for sport and sports science and is currently mentor to students studying with Yoga Sports Science®. She works throughout the Midlands and the U.K. and works with sports people, athletes, coaches, teams, and sports clubs across a wide and varied range of sports and performance including disabled from grass roots through to the elite, professionals and Olympians.
Fiona also teaches functional mat and chair based yoga for the rehabilitation of stroke, MS, ME, Parkinson's and injuries etc. along with older age groups, additional learning and emotional needs, addiction and mental health.
Fiona works with a person - centred approach and understands the anatomy and biomechanics of movement within any given sport or discipline undertaken to achieve that extra edge of excellence needed for capitalising on achievement and performance.

Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30pm          £8 drop in or £7 per session payable 4 weekly
