As an experienced Yoga and Mindfulness teacher Jo has found a way of working with people in her classes which helps them come home to their bodies and calm their minds.
These are fairly strong classes, but Jo is very able when it comes to managing mixed ability groups, so please don't be afraid to come and try even if you are completely new to Yoga. You do need to be able to bear weight through your wrists though and get up and down from the floor.
So if you are looking for a class that will help you develop strength, mobility and flexibility, as well as give you some time to breathe and step out of your busy life, then this might be for you.
Jo charges £7.00 for a trial class. If you enjoy it and want a place you secure one by buying blocks of four consecutive classes for £26.00.
