Tai Chi and Health Qigong are ancient Chinese arts which have become popular in the west due to the many health benefits they offer. Some of the conditions which our members have include arthritis, stress, Parkinson's, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS and diabetes. Carol works very closely with the Derbyshire Parkinson's Support Group and holds two classes a week for their members and carers. Separate classes are also available for over 50s and people who want something less physically demanding than in a typical exercise class. Due to popular demand, there is now a Meditation/Relaxation class on the first Wednesday morning each month. Details here.
